Snowview Farm
Its a New Year with New Homes. Snowview wishes some special people and horses much success in what surely will be a bright future! !
|
Snowview Farm has been
breeding Morgan athletes who are capable of excelling in many arenas, because
they are conformationally correct - they have great thinking and
trainability bred into them, and they are allowed to tell us what they want to
be. It matters.
|
|
I am proud and thankful to share these sales and
to give each horse a proper send off with their new owners. The spring of 2008 should bless me with two foals that I have the same high hopes for - correct -
beautiful - trainable and fun .

3 yr old chestnut gelding sold to Kristi Haines of Marshfield, MA. YES
!! "Carl" is going home to New England where he was born and where his
significant name came from. Once again, I could not have hand picked a better
situation for this favorite son of Phantom. Kristi has a solid dressage
foundation working as assistant to Erin Van Steenburgh at Furnace Brook Farm.
This past year with her own wonderful 18 year old gelding, Kristi was awarded
USEF National Horse of the Year in both Training and First Level, as well as
Regional Horse of the Year Training and First Level. And at OKC they won the roses in the Training Level division. Kristi teaches
at Furnace Brook and is dedicated to her future in Morgans. They are ready to take
this incredible, charismatic athlete to new levels. Watch them grow together.

2 yr old bay stallion sold to Mallory Mignot of Laramie, WY. Mallory
is head trainer at Mears Morgans and a native of France. Having settled into her
Morgan love in the US over the past 5 years, she has been looking patiently for
"the horse who will be mine." One who will make an excellent addition to the breeding
program at Anne Mears' well established farm. Once again, I could not have hand picked a
better situation for this incredible stallion and athlete. It was fate from the start that
brought Mallory and Ian together - we wish them the best of success, no
matter what arena.
