I'm glad you stopped by!

Snowview Farm is home to a small, select group of Morgans that are the culmination of over 35 years of involvement in the breed. A New Englander by birth, I enjoy the different scenery and climate associated with my Reno home and especially have enjoyed building my dream barn and filling it with delightful Morgans. My dogs have a lovely shaded yard to spend their lazy days while I'm at work; my horses have turn out with big loafing sheds, shelter, water and grass. I can ride out to protected BLM land and see the Sierras from my little farm in Pleasant Valley. Yes, I live in the "high desert", but there are places like this that make me feel quite at "home". Maine will always be home to me but for now - this works very nicely.

Over the past few years I have lost two of the "anchors" of Snowview- Buffmeadow d'Vision, the last daughter of Rum Brook Victoria, and LCS Fine Crystal both romp over the Rainbow Bridge (see their memorial page) as well as my beloved senior stallion, The Phantom of the Opera. And, not ever to be forgotten, a filly that was named for the great female fighter, Laila Ali. We have had some sad days as each of them were here to teach us and love us and make me a better breeder and caretaker. They did all that and so much more.

The spring of '08 was incredible, with the birth of two bay fillies who are the stuff great Morgan mares are made of. I'm so proud of both of them and indeed - they each have mothers who I consider "GREAT MORGAN MARES". Their sires were chosen carefully as well and GREAT Morgan SIRES are a blessing to my program. Their sires are different in blood, so check out my girls on the mares page and see if you don't agree!

Also part of my immediate family are Friends of the Paw, Deer Park Faith (left) and P. Katie Russell (right, and above, with blanket on horse).

Fall 2009:  Holly has lost her job and life is changing for all of us at the farm, but it's positive and full of changes.

WE MUST SELL OUR BEST.

These coming 2 year old fillies are FOR SALE. More photos and information can be found on our For Sale page.

Leah (Blythewood Acapella) is glowing and in foal to one of our all time favorite stallions, WC Treble's Tanqueray. This is a proven cross with two incredible individuals. Inquiries invited.
