Please take a few minutes and enjoy the view — we have made a major effort to prepare for 2010 and wish everyone the best as a new year will surely bring a new perspective. First things first! The farm in Reno was sold in the fall of 2009, and I was fortunate to place horses so that the move to Chapel Hill, NC was possible. The horses are in two locations: Laramie, Wyoming and Barre, Vermont. As you page through the new view, you’ll see which horses are located where and why. To say that I am blessed with the best support and friends for my most beloved Morgans is an understatement — without them my world would be upside down. Instead it is peaceful, balanced and we have a plan for each horse, and I am confident that those plans will roll out as we move into 2010. Pictured below is "Carly", our 2010 filly by World Champion TREBLE'S TANQUERAY, out of Blythewood Acapella, getting acquainted. Above is A Better Soldier making his victory pass as the 2010 Top of the Rockies Open Hunter Pleasure Champion at the Circle J Regional with trainer Mallory Mignot aboard. We are thrilled with Soldier's progress in the very capable hands of Mallory and can't wait for his next appearance.
The ARCHIVES pages have been filled with a great deal of recent history taken directly from the website and a few other publications where Snowview Morgans were featured. Please use it for any reference you need as there is a great deal of information packed on those pages. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention just how proud I am of the Morgan Horses that have been part of my life and gone on to be part of other people’s lives. Many of these were first time Morgan owners who went on to purchase other Morgan horses. I have always felt it was not just a coincidence but a responsibility to help people find the perfect Morgan, and if that horse was not in my barn to hook those buyers up with someone who did! I love those cards, notes and letters that come — hard copy and email with photos and stories of that special horse who made such a difference in their lives. I love that people have come to trust me and my horses as honorable representatives of the breed — enough to come back and look for the next horse, or recommendations about who to breed that special mare to. It is an honor to be included in helping with decision making, and it is a joy to be included when the results are shared… My Morgan horses have been the best link to people in my life and each one has done that in many different ways. We have removed the "For Sale" page, but if one of our Snowview Morgans catches your eye, drop me an email or call. So, move on to the next pages, enjoy the photos and videos, soak up the history, and please call me any time if you have questions or inquires about any of the beautiful, athletic and quality Morgan Horses who have come from my lifetime commitment to the breed that has introduced me to some of the greatest people in the world… and thank you to each and every person who has had a hand in making my dreams become reality, so that I can proudly hand it off to the next generation.
